Terms and Conditions


Pricing and Payment:
The exclusive event fee is 350€ for non-client or 600€ for consultant. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot. All payments are non-refundable.

Registration Confirmation:
Your registration will be confirmed via email once payment is received.The confirmation email will serve as your entry ticket to the event.

Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant from your organization may attend in your place at no additional cost. Please inform us of any substitutions at least one week before the event.

Event Changes:
LeadFabric reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or topics without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:
LeadFabric reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to receive a credit for a future event or a refund.

Recording and Photography:
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

Data Sharing for Event Registrants:
In accordance with our privacy policy, by registering for this event, you consent to the sharing of your contact information with our event sponsors for the purpose of facilitating communication and engagement related to the event.

Liability:
LeadFabric is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their property during the event.
